The other day I saw her stick a pack of ready-made risotto in her grocer’s box. Hmm, not so bad, just cook and ready? Let’s see how she finds it today.

Add the milk and butter and gorgonzola until the cheese has melted in the thick milk. Briefly pass through a sieve and store in the cold. Place half the butter in a large pan, add the shallots, bacon and rice. Stir well and then it can be quenched with wine. Stir and always add some stock until the rice is nicely done. Beat the cooled cheese mass for a while and add it to the rice, add some butter, and let it become deliciously creamy. Oh, yes, you can add slices of fried bacon. Yes, listen, that girl hardly eats anything during the week, so she can relax at the weekend, right?

Necessary for 4 people:

• 320 gr risotto rice

• 100 gr gorgonzola

• 50 gr bacon cubes

• 100 ml of whipped cream

• 100 ml of milk

• 50 g shallots, chopped

• 1 glass of dry white wine

• 1 liter of beef stock

• 80 gr butter
