Cook the noodles briefly; until they are very well done and rinse them cold.

Heat a wok with a little oil and fry the garlic in it. Add the beans, bok choy and pepper, shake well and after a minute divide soy fish sauce and sugar over it. Deglaze with water until there is a nice bottom in the wok. Shake regularly and let it evaporate to sauce in a few minutes.
