RIVM removes term sex buddy from site: ‘It has caused a lot’

Why that text has been adapted? “We have noticed that the terms sex buddy and cuddle buddy have caused a lot of commotion,” says a spokesman for the RIVM. “It now seems as if we want to encourage the taking of a sex buddy, but that is absolutely not the case.”

What do they advise? “In principle, we advise to only have sex with a steady partner, and otherwise not. But we know that people do it anyway. And if so, we say: especially see if you can have sex with one partner because of the risk to reduce spread. ”
