Rush on Sylt: Cars queue for miles in front of a car ferry

As of this Monday, tourists can return to Schleswig-Holstein and thus also to the popular holiday islands of Sylt, Amrum and Föhr.

The creators of the video reported to that the cars in front of Sylt had been stuck in traffic for six hours.

Day tourists are not allowed on Schleswig-Holstein’s North Sea islands and most of the Halligen on Ascension Day and the following weekend or at Pentecost. St. Peter-Ording is also prohibited from entering on both weekends.
