On August 10, Samsung is expected to unveil two new foldable smartphones as part of its 2022 Unpacked Event. Those who are impatient can already take a look at the Galaxy Z Fold 4 and the Galaxy Z Flip 4. Alleged render images of the two smartphones leaked on the Internet this week.
Leak shows both smartphones
Leaker Evan Blass, in partnership with 91Mobiles, has released a series of images that appear to be official footage and show the two phones from different angles. Among other things, the planned color versions for smartphones can be seen here. Accordingly, the Galaxy Z Fold 4 will be available in black, beige and gray, while Samsung will offer the Galaxy Z Flip 4 in black, gold, blue and purple.
Concrete details will follow on August 10th
The render images do not indicate any fundamental design changes compared to last year’s models. Both the Z Fold 4 and the Z Flip 4 look confusingly similar to their predecessors. Unfortunately, the pictures do not show whether the Fold 4 will again have a selfie camera under the display or the rumored holder for the S Pen. It also remains unclear which software improvements Samsung has made to the smartphones. For concrete details we have to be patient until August 10th.
