Skoda is busy testing the fourth generation of the Skoda Fabia. The small car drove in front of the camera for AUTO BILD spy hunters in the Czech Republic. The prototype is only slightly camouflaged so that details and proportions are already clearly visible. At the front, above all, fall wider grille and the redesigned headlights at least with the test vehicle LED technology are equipped. The pictures also show that the taillights of the new Fabia reach into the tailgate. They also have a new signature.
Price should rise slightly
The Fabia is likely to be completely on the MQB-A0 platform from Volkswagen for the first time and is likely to be a bit wider than its predecessor. In the interior, the analog round instruments could be used against a digital cockpit it will be exchanged. The little Czech will probably continue above all One-liter three-cylinder engines use. Skoda probably already shows the new Fabia in Spring 2021, a little later you could also find the right one Station wagon present. The market launch would already be possible in late summer. Prices are likely to rise slightly, AUTO BILD assumes that they will 15,000 euros start. For comparison: the basic Fabia currently costs 14,160 euros (savings at carwow.de of up to 5422 euros).
