This smoothie bowl with strawberries and rose water is a delicious luxury breakfast, but also great as a festive dessert. Delicious with rose water, for an unexpected twist.
For 1 smoothie bowl
For the smoothie:
- 10-15 medium strawberries, without the crowns
- 4 generous tablespoons of cottage cheese
- Dash of almond milk
- 3 dates without stone
- 1/4 teaspoon of rose water
- 3 tablespoons of oatmeal
- Optional: a scoop of protein powder or 1/2 banana
- 2 strawberries sliced
- 4 raspberries
- 1 teaspoon rose petals (available at Asian food shops or cake shops)
- 1 tablespoon of oatmeal
- Optional: granola
Tip: do you want the smoothie bowl to be thicker in structure and more filling? Then add half a banana (if necessary frozen) or protein powder. Serve with granola if desired.
This is how you make this smoothie bowl with strawberries
Put the ingredients for the smoothie in a blender and mix until all the strawberries and dates are fine. Taste and add a little more of the ingredients if necessary.
Put the smoothie in a bowl and garnish with strawberries, oatmeal, raspberries, rose petals and granola if desired. Serve immediately.
