Netflix has released the official trailer for the “Stranger Things 4” finale. The rather gloomy trailer called “Stranger Things 4 – Issue 2” gets us in the mood for the season finale in about 2 minutes. Elf and Co. will have to face Vecna in the two final parts, each of which should be feature length.
Whether all of our heroes will survive this fight will be exciting:
“There’s this awful feeling that we just can’t do it this time,”
says Robin (Maya Hawke) in the trailer. So at least a feeling of hopelessness is suggested. In contrast to this is the musical accompaniment by Kate Bush’s “Running up that Hill”, which characterizes this season and also the trailer – this symbolizes at least some hope.

We don’t have to wait much longer to find out whether Elf will regain his old strength and stand up to the villain Vecna together with his old friends: the last two episodes will be available on Netflix from July 1, 2022.
Stranger Things 5 already announced
However, it will not be the series finale yet, Season 5 has already been announced by brothers and series creators Matt and Ross Duffer. However, an exact date for the 5th season and the associated series finale is not yet known.
