Company of Justin Vernon
“Folklore is an album that we made completely in isolation,” Taylor said in Swift Good Morning America. “That means Aaron Dessner, Jack Antonoff and I didn’t see each other while working on the album together.”
“But we got together at Long Pond Studios (near New York, ed.). We were able to make music together for the first time, play everything together and talk about the album. Justin Vernon (from Bon Iver, ed.) has accompanied us, and Disney + filmed everything. ”
Taylor Swift meanwhile also released a trailer for the “folklore” movie. “It is an album that allows you to feel what you feel”, it says. “It is a product of insulation. I could have gone completely mad, but this album has kept me going. ”
