The Audi Q4 e-Tron will be the next electric step for the brand. The SUV today unveils its interior and features.
After attacking the electric segment from above with the e-Tron SUV and the recent e-Tron GT, Audi will launch the Q4 e-Tron. The compact SUV will aim to bring the brand’s electric technology to as many people as possible. To make us wait, Audi unveils the final interior of its future electric Q4.
The ambience is no different from other Ingolstadt models. The presentation is mainly technological with the presence of a 10.25-inch digital instrumentation handset and a 10.1-inch touch screen. This offers access to the MMI infotainment system and can optionally go up to 11.6 inches. The assembly can be accompanied by a head-up display, with the information directly projected on the windshield in augmented reality.
A length of 4.59 meters and 520 liters in the trunk
At 4.59 meters long, the Audi Q4 e-Tron will be just as tall as the Volkswagen ID.4, with which it shares the German group’s specific MEB platform for electrics. The reduced overhangs make it possible to maximize the wheelbase increased to 2.76 meters. Which should be beneficial to livability. As such, Audi figures the interior storage volume at 25 liters, while the trunk can oscillate between 520 and 1490 liters.
The German brand is discreet about the range of engines available with the Q4 e-Tron. However, it will be available in a sporty S version, in which we could find the three-engine architecture inherited from the Audi e-Tron S.
