Bandai Namco announced that The Idolmaster: Starlit Season in Japan on May 27th for PlayStation 4 and PC-Steam. Anyone who has listened to Steam on Steam will unfortunately have to be disappointed immediately, because this version will be regionally exclusive and only appear in Japanese, Korean and Chinese.
In addition to the standard version for 9,020 yen (approx. 71 euros) with tax, there are also two special editions. The Starlit Box is available for PlayStation 4 for 15,180 yen (approx. 120 euros). In addition to the game in a specially illustrated box, it also contains a magazine, a manga, a soundtrack CD, 29 signed autograph cards, a 10 cm plaque, an invitation letter and a DLC costume. The Digital Deluxe Edition is available for both platforms for 13,750 yen (approx. 108 euros). In addition to the game, the “Secret Message Arc”, a song and two additional costumes await.

Lead an idol group to victory
“Starlit Season” is a competition for idol groups, whereby the winners will be the first idols allowed to perform in the new Starlit Dome. In the role of producer at the 765 Production agency, it is now up to the player to put together an idol group for the competition. Idols from various agencies are available for this.
The player is responsible for ensuring that the idol group continues to develop. With singing and dancing it is important to improve the reputation of the fans. Of course, money also has to be earned. You can also interact with the idols in conversations.
