Last night the People’s Choice Awards were presented. The Kissing Booth 2 was nominated twice. And both times the film was able to cash in on its nomination. TKB2 won the prize for the Comedy Movie of 2020. And lead actress Joey King (Elle Evans) was voted the Comedy Movie Star from 2020.
During her speech she said (like many others) that 2020 has been a special year, and that she is very happy about it The Kissing Booth 2 and her character Elle Evans have managed to put a smile on our faces. But that was not all. King also had a surprise for fans of it TKB.
“I told myself that if I won, I also wanted to share some exciting news with you,” Joey King said during her acceptance speech. “I want to tell you that The Kissing Booth 3, the last film in the series, will be released in the summer of 2021! If only that tomorrow! ”

In the third and final film of The Kissing Booth The story of Elle Evans, Noah Flynn (Jacob Elordi), Lee Flynn (Joel Courtney) and the rest of the characters is completed. The second movie ended on a cliffhanger. Elle was admitted to two important universities.
