Falcom has the opening film too The Legend of Heroes: Hajimari no Kiseki released. An unmistakable sign that the release in Japan is imminent! A turning point for The Legend of Heroes
The translation of the title of the new game is roughly “Trails of the Beginning”. The Legend of Heroes: Hajimari no Kiseki is supposed to be an ambitious game and turning point that leads to the end of the series. Thanks to “Cross Story” you can switch freely between the three story lines to experience the story from different perspectives in parallel. Falcom promises over 50 playable characters, including new faces.
The Legend of Heroes: Hajimari no Kiseki will be released in Japan on August 27th for PlayStation 4. Those who have saved data from previous branches of the series can also look forward to smaller bonuses.
And in the west?
The Legend of Heroes series has also received good news in Germany recently. The Legend of Heroes: Trails of Cold Steel III * received implementations for PCs (March 23) and Nintendo Switch (June 30) that complement the western PlayStation 4 version from last October. Consequently, there was only the announcement that The Legend of Heroes: Trails of Cold Steel IV * for PlayStation 4 will follow on October 27 in Germany, and next year for Nintendo Switch and PCs. NIS America takes over the distribution. Most recently, Falcom President Toshihiro Kondo also gave hope for localizations of The Legend of Heroes: Zero no Kiseki and The Legend of Heroes: Ao no Kiseki for PlayStation 4.
