The all-red outfit is relatively classic, with the tops of the stockings in the three national colors. The white version is more innovative with two vertical stripes in sky blue and red in the middle of the jersey. Sky blue in color, the socks end with a double white and red border.

“They are really unique”, comments Dirk Carlson soberly. His teammate Leandro Barreiro adds that he “loves these jerseys, first of all because they are comfortable and secondly because the design represents both our national colors and the red lion”.

The squad are expected to show off their new outfits on September 5, during the Nations League opener away from Azerbaijan in Baku. Unless Luc Holtz’s men already put it on four days earlier, thanks to the friendly match against FC Saarbrücken. The new jerseys are now available on shop.flf.lu at the fixed price of 50 euros.
