These Dutch people are sure of the World Championship Darts

In that list we find five Dutch people, including three debutants. Martijn Kleermaker, Maik Kuivenhoven and Derk Telnekes may enter the PDC World Cup podium for the first time at the end of this year. They finished in 8th, 14th and 15th place respectively on the revised ProTour Order of Merit. In addition to the trio, Dirk van Duijvenbode and Ron Meulenkamp have also placed themselves via this route.

Furthermore, Michael van Gerwen, Danny Noppert, Jeffrey de Zwaan, Jermaine Wattimena and Vincent van der Voort will certainly be at the World Cup. They will reach the tournament via the PDC Order of Merit.

There are some established Dutch names missing in the field so far. Players such as Jelle Klaasen, Benito van de Pas and Jan Dekker have to fear absence during the upcoming World Cup. They can still qualify via the PDPA Qualifier or the West Europe Qualifier (if this qualifying tournament takes place).
