Ebay has determined which 20 smartphone models had a particularly high average resale value in July 2022. All used smartphones sold on Ebay with the offer format “fixed price”, “auction” or “price proposal” were taken into account. The top 20 is interesting for anyone who has a smartphone at home that they no longer need or who is planning to buy a new device. As an alternative to selling on Ebay, there are also buying sites such as Zoxs, Rebuy or Fip4New. You can find out more about this in this post.
No big surprise in the top 20 on Ebay: Comparatively high selling prices can be achieved with more recent iPhone models. The Apple iPhone 13 Pro 128 GB comes in at number 1 with an average retail price of 869 euros. In second and third place are the iPhone 12 Pro Max 128 GB with 714 euros and the iPhone 13 128 GB with 660 euros. An Android model is only represented in fourth place: The Google Pixel 6 Pro 128 GB with 586 euros.
