Co-op games have always had their special charm. Unfortunately, the couch-co-op evening with friends had to be canceled in the last few months. In these times of the many restrictions due to the coronavirus pandemic, particularly fun co-op games that you can play together online are therefore particularly valuable. One of them is We were here. And you can now find it for free on PlayStation Store and play it on PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5.
The co-op adventure has been available on PC Steam for a while, but only started on the PlayStation Store this week. And developer Total Mayhem Games is making it available for free at launch and through February 22nd. A PlayStation Plus subscription is (unfortunately) required to play online. On February 23, the follow-up games We Were Here Too and We Were Here Together will be available in the PlayStation Store, each of which offers a very similar gameplay.
What can you expect in We Were Here?
We Were Here is a puzzle adventure that you play from the first-person perspective. You can only experience the adventure cooperatively as a pair and slip into the role of Antarctic explorers. Lost in a snow storm, your only help is a walkie-talkie. You find a shelter called Castle Rock, but get lost there. Can you find your way out of the mysterious castle?
Find out what you can currently still play for free here at Nerdy Dealer.
