Tessica Brown, the TikTokster who went viral for using super glue instead of hairspray, has finally gotten rid of her glued-down haircut. More than a month ago she thought it was a good idea to use super glue spray instead of hairspray and her hair has been stuck ever since.
Tessica Brown went viral on TikTok in recent days with a very remarkable story. When she noticed that her hairspray had run out, she used a spray with super glue to fix her hair. And she was still suffering from that a month later.
Hair glued down
In a video on TikTok, Tessica Brown (@im_d_ollady) told her story a few days ago. “Those who know me know that I’ve been wearing the same haircut for a month now. And that is not a choice. No, it is not a choice. ”
“I normally use hairspray to hold my hair in place, but I had no more. That’s why I decided to use this spray with glue. Bad, bad, bad idea. My hair hasn’t moved for a month now. I’ve washed my hair fifteen times and it still doesn’t move. ” The video has already been viewed more than 23 million times.

Operation of 4 hours
A few days after the original video came out, Tessica already gave an update. She had been to a nearby hospital where she was given a drug that might dissolve the glue. But a video that Tessica shared on YouTube showed how the drug was especially painful for Tessica and that her hair was still stuck.
But now there is a real solution. A plastic surgeon had heard Tessica’s story and decided he wanted to help her. Normally, the procedure costs $ 12,500, but Tessica got it for free. The operation eventually took four hours, during which Tessica had to be anesthetized locally. But at the end of the operation, she was finally able to run her fingers through her hair again after more than a month. A TMZ crew was present to film the operation.
