Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 1 + 2 is coming to Nintendo Switch

We have already played it (several times) on Xbox One. Now comes Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 1 + 2 also to Nintendo Switch. Publisher Activision confirmed a release on June 25.

Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 1 + 2 will be available on Nintendo Switch on June 25. The remake of the legendary skate games already appeared on other PC, PS4 and Xbox One last year. The version for PS5 and XBOX Series S and X was released in March. Of all the games in the series, it is this version that sold the fastest to 1 million copies.

Play wherever you go

It’s no secret that Nintendo Switch has less good hardware. The graphics are less quality than the competition, but the gameplay makes up for a lot. On Twitter, the game posted a gif with the caption “Drop in on-the-go to some of the greatest levels in skateboarding history!”. With Switch you can indeed play the game wherever you are, without sitting on the couch at home. Maybe play while standing on a shelf?

Tony Hawk ‘s Pro Skater came out in 1999 and you could play the game on PlayStation, Nintendo64, Sega Dreamcast, Game Boy Color and Nokia N-Gage. The second edition was published a year later. Meanwhile, versions have been made for almost all consoles and PCs since the PlayStation.Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 1 + 2 is the last to hit the market, in 2020.
