Trainer Bosz with Leverkusen too strong for Dortmund

Bayer Leverkusen has beaten Borussia Dortmund. Florian Wirtz signed for the winning goal in the final phase (2-1).

Moussa Diaby gave the team of trainer Peter Bosz the lead (1-0). Julian Brandt was right. Leverkusen climbed to the provisional second place in the ranking with the victory, with 4 points less than league-leader Bayern Munich, which will play against FC Augsburg on Wednesday

Leverkusen ended a run of four league games without a win. The club lost to Bayern Munich, Eintracht Frankfurt and Union Berlin. The game against Werder Bremen ended in a draw. Trainer Bosz and his players reached the third round of the German Cup last week at the expense of Eintracht Frankfurt.

Daley Sinkgraven was allowed to raid Leverkusen after an hour. His teammate Timothy Fosu-Mensah stayed on the bench.

Wout Weghorst contributed with a goal to the victory of VfL Wolfsburg on Mainz 05 (0-2). Andrej Kramaric had a large share in Hoffenheim’s victory at Hertha BSC (0-3) with two hits, where Deyovaisio Zeefuik was allowed to come in after the break.
