Twin Mirror introduces you to the game world with an interactive web app

Twin mirrors should appear over a year ago. Originally also planned in episode format, Dontnod Entertainment decided against this form of publication and took more time.

The game will now be available for PCs exclusively via the Epic Games Store, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One on December 1st, 2020. Those who pre-order * from the Epic Games Store will receive a digital soundtrack. But first it is important to get to know Twin Mirror a little better.

An interactive web app called Lost on Arrival is supposed to help with this today.

The interactive web app reveals the characters, the small town of Basswood, the soundtrack and exclusive artwork. The aim of the game is to solve a mystery based on a cell phone found on the street. Players who can solve the puzzle will have the chance to win a unique Gigabyte gaming PC inspired by Sam’s Mind Palace as well as 20 pre-order keys (including the soundtrack) for the Epic Game Store.

A rude awakening

In Twin Mirror, players take on the role of Sam, an investigative journalist who returns home to bury an old friend. However, Sam wakes up in his hotel room with a bloody t-shirt and no memory of where he spent last night … he has to embark on an exciting investigation and make a series of impactful decisions to find out the truth.

Twin Mirror is the first self-distributed game from Life-is-Strange developer Dontnod. The upcoming release will also be compatible with PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series.
