Utawarerumono: Mask of Deception and Mask of Truth removed from PlayStation Store

That was it for the time being with the versions for PlayStation 4 and PS Vita: Two parts of the Utawarerumono-Line, Mask of Deception and Mask of Truth, have been removed from the Western PlayStation Store. According to the publisher Atlus, who is responsible for the distribution of the games in the West, the reason for this is an expired license.

At the moment there is no further information as to whether and when the games will be available digitally again. Further statements can be expected after the weekend at the earliest, until then we have to wait and see. Whoever owns the game can usually continue to play it. A new purchase is currently not possible.

Utawarerumono: A mix of strategy RPG and visual novel

The two removed games are the second and third parts of a trilogy. The first part with the nickname Prelude to the Fallen is not only available in the PlayStation Store, but also for PCs since January 22nd.
