Wall Street ripples week off; Deere is doing very well | Financial

The Dow Jones index ends fractionally higher at 31494 points. The broad S & P500 drops 0.2% to 3906.7 points. Nasdaq tech exchange advances 0.1% to 13,874 points.

Applied Materials shoots up 5.3% after better than expected results at the chip company.

The builder of agricultural machines such as tractors and combine harvesters Deere also opened the books. The results over the past period and the forecasts were well received by investors, as the share gained 9.6%.
