Sometimes you don’t want to export the entire document into PDF format in Word, but only a few selected pages.
Word: Convert individual pages to PDF
This can be done very easily with the print function: Open the document and click on “File -> Print”. Set the driver “Microsoft Print to PDF” under “Printer” and then enter the page numbers next to “Pages”. Separate individual pages with a semicolon; if there are several consecutive pages, enter a minus sign. By entering “3; 7; 9-11” you insert pages 3, 7, 9, 10 and 11 into a PDF. Click on “Print” and select the file name and storage location in the following Explorer window.
In order to combine individual pages into a PDF, use the “Microsoft Print to PDF” driver and specify the desired pages.
